☆ Payments are only accepted through PayPal. If your commission is chosen, you will be emailed for your PayPal address and sent an invoice. Tipping is not mandatory, but always very appreciated!

☆ I will not begin a piece unless I’ve been paid in full. Unless I know you personally or you’ve been a long-time client, your commission will be on hold until then. Payment plans can be discussed.

☆ I have the right to decline any commission. Whether it be because it makes me uncomfortable, I’m not interested in the subject, or I do not feel like I could do your idea justice, please do not take it personally.

☆ I maintain rights to my artwork. I may use your commission for convention pieces/sales at my discretion.

☆ I will give you a timeframe within a month of when your commission is done. If within that timeframe, life happens and you can no longer keep the commission and need a refund, please tell me as soon as possible. If I have not started it, you can receive your full refund back, but if I have already started then you are only entitled to half.

☆ Do not constantly message or email me for WIPs or updates. I do not give them unless you have commissioned a character creation sheet.

☆ Do NOT edit your finished piece and/or attempt to resell the character as your own. You are NOT ALLOWED to use my artwork to gain a profit, unless it is discussed as a branding product (example: you are a model and want to create stickers of yourself)

☆ Commissioners understand and agree to all these rules upon commissioning me. No exceptions.

☆ Terms of Service are subject to change.

☆ Rights to the artwork will always be entitled to me unless expressed otherwise.
